To provide information to you relating to other products that may be of interest to you. Such additional information will only be provided where you have consented to receive such information.
To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.
If you have previously purchased goods or services from us we may provide to you details of similar goods or services, or other goods and services, that you may be interested in.

We will not disclose your personal information to any other party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy and in the circumstances detailed below:

In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.
Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.

 

Customer Care

  • All prices include VAT, shipping and if applicable, duty costs. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, Switzerland and the UK, any additional shipping costs are indicated at check-out before you approve your order.

  • We ship with our partner DHL. The approximate delivery time is about 3-5 working days and home delivery is made weekdays between 09:00-17:00.One shipping option is always free to the Austria and Germany. Additional shipping services will be available at check-out so you can choose the most convenient option for you.

  • To ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. This entitles you to return your carpet(s) to us within 15 days from the day your order was delivered and get your money back. All refunds will be made in the same way as the initial payment was received. In order to be fully reimbursed, the returned carpet has to be in the same, unaltered and unused condition it was in when you received it. To avoid transportation damage, please make sure to pack the carpet in the same way that it was packed when it was delivered to you. If you would like to return a carpet please get in touch with our Customer Service team for instructions and further assistance.

We're proud to offer free delivery, you will receive the carpets completely free*, no matter whether you are choosing a small, medium or large rug.

to Austria and also Germany, to other EU countries the shipping cost is only 10€

* If the shipment is sent to Austria or Germany

Error / damage upon delivery:

In the event that something is wrong with your order upon delivery - you receive the wrong carpet, a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets, please contact our Customer Service team by sending a mail to support@yasco.at as soon as possible. The error should be reported no later than 24 hours after receipt.

 

Returns

Easy Returns on all of our rugs:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the carpet(s) to us within 15 days of receiving the carpet for a full refund. 

The return process is very simple:

  1. Email us your order ID and the code(s) for the carpet(s) you wish to return at support@yasco.at.

  2. We will then email you an address to send us the carpet (the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs).

  3. Once the carpet(s) has been returned and examined, we will make a refund within 3 working days (In the event that a carpet is not returned in the same condition it was sent out in, the return will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be notified and asked whether he/she wishes for the carpet(s) to be sent back at their own expense).
