Customer Care

1. Pricing & Duties

  • All prices include VAT.

  • For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be shown at checkout (where possible) before you confirm your order.

2. Payment Methods
For your convenience and security, we accept the following payment options:
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Online Bank Transfer
All transactions are processed securely, and payment confirmation is provided immediately after checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship with our trusted partners DHL, UPS, and GLS.

  • The approximate delivery time is 5–8 working days.

  • Home delivery takes place on weekdays between 09:00–17:00.

  • Delivery within the EU is free of charge.

  • For countries outside the EU, shipping costs and duties apply and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds
  • To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to return your carpet(s) within 7 days from the day of delivery and receive a refund. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

*Please note: The carpet must be returned in the same, unaltered, and unused condition as when received. To avoid transportation damage, pack the carpet carefully in the original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For orders delivered outside the EU: customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are non-refundable. If you wish to make a return, please contact our Customer Service team for detailed instructions and assistance.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item
  • If your carpet arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In such cases, Yasco will cover all shipping expenses related to the return and replacement.
